Im not sure what you mean by answer requests. I'm pretty sure you can tag them by putting their name like this :icon username: with no space in the middle and I'm pretty sure that gives them a notification that you tagged them, but you can also just direct message them via notes.
By "post" do you mean a comment or an actual submission? I'm assuming you mean comment but let me know if I'm wrong lol
I'm not sure if you mean adding gifs as in the little emoticon gifs or actual gifs- either one can be done by clicking the "add media" button when posting the comment though! And I think you can add multiple pictures to a comment using that same method.
